Refund Policy

StratPilot is a digital service. Once you subscribe to a Pro plan and access Pro features, the service is considered delivered.

7-Day Refund Window

If you subscribe to Pro and have not used any Pro-exclusive features (unlimited journal, dashboard, exchange sync, or data export), you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.

After 7 Days

After the 7-day window, or once Pro features have been used, refunds are not available. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges — your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period.

How to Request a Refund

Email getstratpilot.app@gmail.com with your account email and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

Billing Disputes

All billing is processed by Stripe. For billing disputes or payment issues, you may also contact Stripe directly through their support channels.
