1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using StratPilot ("https://getstratpilot.com"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.

2. Description of Service

StratPilot is a risk discipline and trade-planning tool for leveraged traders. It provides position-size calculations, leverage guardrails, a trade journal, and behavioral analytics.

StratPilot does not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or trading signals. All calculations are informational tools to support your own decision-making. Trading leveraged products carries significant risk of loss. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

3. User Accounts

Account creation and authentication are managed by Clerk. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account and must not share your account with others.

4. Subscription & Billing

StratPilot offers Free and Pro subscription tiers. Billing for Pro subscriptions is handled by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

Prices are in USD. Stripe may display local currency equivalents at checkout. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days’ notice.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy. Please review it before subscribing.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its systems
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service
• Use automated means to access the service in a way that exceeds reasonable usage
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the service

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of StratPilot — including but not limited to the risk engine, UI, and documentation — are owned by StratPilot and protected by intellectual property laws. Your trade data remains yours.

8. Limitation of Liability

StratPilot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any trading losses, missed opportunities, or damages arising from your use of the service. The risk engine produces calculations based on the inputs you provide — it does not guarantee outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Germany.
